Job Purpose:
The Recruitment & Business Development Specialist plays a key role in growing the reach and impact of Gonzaga’s Center for Lifelong Learning. This position focuses on connecting individuals and organizations to CLL offerings through coordinated recruitment efforts, marketing implementation, and relationship-building with corporate partners.
Working closely with the Assistant Director, this role executes marketing and social media strategies, represents CLL in the community, and helps expand partnerships that support workforce development and continuing education.

Vocational, Associates, or Technical Degree
Years of Related Experience Requirement:

In lieu of the educational qualifications, candidates may qualify with equivalent professional experience at a ratio of one year of experience for each year of required education.
Certifications and/or Licensures:
Skills & Abilities:
Experience in marketing, recruitment, business development, or related field
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to build relationships with diverse audiences
Experience coordinating projects and managing multiple priorities
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with CRM systems
Familiarity with social media management and digital marketing tools
Experience creating or overseeing marketing content (graphics, video, storytelling)
Background in higher education, workforce development, or professional training environments
