Job Purpose:
This position supports the Center for Student Academic Success (CSAS) with responsibility and duties primarily aligned with the Disability Access office. Greets visitors and provides a first point of contact, creating an inclusive and welcoming experience. This individual performs moderately complex administrative and budgetary duties for the professional staff in the Disability office, as well as general support to the Center's Director. Incumbent is expected to function professionally with and without direct supervision, using discretion and maintaining confidentiality. All activities in this position are carried out in direct support of Gonzaga University's Mission.

Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience
Years of Related Experience Requirement:
1 year
In lieu of the educational qualifications, candidates may qualify with equivalent professional experience at a ratio of one year of experience for each year of required education.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in higher education.
Experience working with students with disabilities.
Physical & On-Campus Requirements:
In-Office Presence - Ability to work on-site in typical office setting and participate in in-person meetings with colleagues: 5 days/week
The budgeted salary range that the University reasonably expects to offer for this position: $20.31 - $21.41/hr
Pay Range:
Minimum Salary (Non-Exempt): 20.31
Midpoint Salary (Non-Exempt): 25.38
Maximum Salary (Non-Exempt): 30.46
