Job Purpose:

Through your commitment to excellence in the configuration, maintenance, and support of our Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform, you'll serve as a key pillar of support for our university partners. This includes managing user accounts, creating and scheduling email campaigns, providing post-campaign reports, setting up user journey workflows, and providing training and technical support to users. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing automation, email, and digital marketing, and a proven track record of success in implementing and managing CRM platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Educational Requirement:
Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience
Years of Related Experience Requirement:
2 years
In lieu of the educational qualifications, candidates may qualify with equivalent professional experience at a ratio of one year of experience for each year of required education.
Certifications and/or Licensures:
Certified Marketing Cloud Administrator and Certified Marketing Cloud Email Specialist.
Skills & Abilities:
Two (2) years of experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
Strong understanding of marketing automation concepts and best practices.
Experience with email marketing and campaign management.
Experience with data management and segmentation in CRMs platforms.
Proficiency with HTML and CSS.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate with various levels of users to understand to problem and present solutions to stakeholders.
Positive attitude, proven ability to work successfully with diverse populations, and demonstrated commitment to promote and enhance diversity and inclusion.
Experience and sensitivity in working with people of diverse backgrounds and cultures.

Preferred Qualifications:
Certified Marketing Cloud Administrator and Certified Marketing Cloud Email Specialist.
Two (2) years experience as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud administrator or similar role strongly preferred.
Two (2) years experience with data management and segmentation in Salesforce Marketing Cloud strongly preferred.
Certified Marketing Cloud Administrator.
Certified Marketing Cloud Email Specialist.
Understanding of content personalization and basic programming concepts.
Experience with AMPscript.
Proficiency with mobile and responsive email design.
Familiarity with higher-level functions such as developing Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD), and conducting gap analysis between Marketing Cloud functionality and organization requirements.
Experience working in a university environment.

The budgeted salary range that the University reasonably expects to offer for this position: $26.44 - $28.85 / hr
Pay Range:
Minimum Salary (Non-Exempt): 23.81
Midpoint Salary (Non-Exempt): 29.75
Maximum Salary (Non-Exempt): 35.71
