Job Purpose:
The Department of Educational Leadership and Administration invites applications for the position of lecturer. This position will include teaching twelve credits each term, fall and spring. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of teaching and experience in on-line course design and facilitation. Additionally, the ideal candidate will be responsive to the needs of a diverse student body and will possess the skills necessary to provide students of all backgrounds an educational experience that acknowledges, honors, and supports their growth.
The Department of Educational Leadership and Administration offers a Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Educational Leadership, Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Educational Leadership and Principal Certification program. Students enter these programs as experienced leaders within the K-12 educational system with a desire to transform educational settings through critical inquiry using reflective practices and engaged scholarship. Courses for the Ed. D and M.Ed. are offered online, and Principal Certification programs are conducted using a hybrid model.
