Job Purpose:
The Center for Engineering, Design, & Entrepreneurship (CEDE) plays a vital role in the educational mission of the School of Engineering and Applied Science (SEAS). Its primary deliverable is the Senior Design experience, a required component for all SEAS students. The CEDE Program Manager reports to the Dean of SEAS and oversees both the daily operations and long-term strategic initiatives of CEDE. This role involves cultivating and maintaining strong professional relationships with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders, including students, faculty, staff, project sponsors, liaisons, and volunteers. The CEDE Program Manager ensures the center and its programs operate efficiently within budget while fostering innovative educational opportunities in design and entrepreneurship.

Skills & Abilities:
•Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects with strict deadlines
•Demonstrated interpersonal and teamwork skills
•Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, and Google Workspace
•Experience with basic software for finance, surveys, and business administration
Preferred Qualifications:
•5+ years of experience in a management position
•Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification.
•Professional experience with budget allocation
•Professional experience with legal contracts
Physical & On-Campus Requirements:
In-Office Presence - Ability to work on-site in typical office setting and participate in in-person meetings with colleagues: 5 days/week

The budgeted salary range that the University reasonably expects to offer for this position: $58,000 - $72,100
Pay Range:
Minimum Salary (Non-Exempt): 27.89
Midpoint Salary (Non-Exempt): 34.85
Maximum Salary (Non-Exempt): 41.82
