Job Purpose:
The Program Coordinator in the Office of Sustainability is responsible for administrative and budgeting tasks, such as expense reporting, ordering, and purchasing supplies, and managing work schedules, tasks and projects of student employees. The Program Coordinator supports the Green Fund as a liaison between the Gonzaga Student Body Association (GSBA), the Director of Sustainability, and the Office of Sustainability. The Program Coordinator attends student club and organization meetings, representing the Office of Sustainability at campus and community events, as well as supporting ways that sustainability stakeholders can work towards the common goal of caring for our common home. This position assists in campus-wide sustainability assessments and planning efforts such as the completion of the Association for the Advancement of Sustainability in Higher Education (AASHE) Sustainability Tracking Assessment Rating System (STARS) and the Sustainability and Climate Action Plan (SCAP).

Combination of relevant experience and Associate’s degree can substitute for Bachelor's degree.
Preferred Qualifications:
Demonstrated knowledge of budget management.
Familiarity of and appreciation for Jesuit higher education.

The budgeted salary range that the University reasonably expects to offer for this position: $20.00 to $21.87 per hour

Maximum Salary (Non-Exempt): 27.46
