Job Purpose:
The Department of Educational Leadership and Administration at Gonzaga University in Spokane, Washington, invites applications for its Adjunct Instructor Pool in our Ed.D. program in Educational Leadership. We welcome applications from individuals with a terminal degree in Educational Leadership or a related field.
Successful candidates will demonstrate a commitment to mentoring and supporting graduate students in developing the knowledge, skills, and dispositions needed to effectively serve as PK–12 leaders in diverse and complex school environments. Our program focuses on preparing leaders who can successfully address inequities in schooling resulting from systemic barriers.
Adjunct faculty are responsible for course planning, teaching class sessions, creating and evaluating assignments, submitting grades, and being available to meet with students virtually or in person as needed.
