Job Purpose:
This position is responsible for supporting the men's and women's basketball programs through the development, implementation, and execution of a year-round strategic plan for recruiting operations. Works in collaboration with the Marketing & Creative Service and Communications staff to promote the basketball programs through creative content for all types of digital media.

Certifications and/or Licensures:
Valid driver’s license
Skills & Abilities:
Bachelor’s degree
1-3 years of experience in marketing, communications, graphic design, or related field
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
Strong interpersonal skills; ability to relate and work well with others
Demonstrated ability as a self-starter and detail oriented
Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize work effectively and efficiently
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s degree
Well versed in Adobe Creative Suite
Prior experience in Division I athletics or related field
Prior experience in graphic design and visual communication
Prior experience producing and editing video content
Innovative storyteller using any effective form of communication
Knowledge of current social media trends and digital content strategies
Prior experience with ARMS software system
Knowledge of and passion for collegiate athletics
Ability to work in a time sensitive, team-oriented, collaborative environment with irregular hours, including nights and weekends
